Shipping Policy

Delivery All orders are dispatched from the UK within 1–2 business days of purchase. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

We work with two trusted UK-based suppliers. In some cases, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels — but delivery timescales will be the same.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is faulty or damaged. If your item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the fault, and we'll make it right.
